We have made arrangements with the following hotels near the Chinese University of Hong Kong to offer special hotel rates for the 2010 ITC conference. Please note that the conference venue is located in the New Territories (University Station in Shatin) and the travel time on the MTR East Rail Line is around 30 minutes from Kowloon, and around 45-60 minutes from Hong Kong Island.

This is a 5-star teaching hotel situated right outside the University train station. It will be less than 5 minutes' walk to the station, and another 5 minutes' walk from the train station to the conference venue on the campus of The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK). Conference package price ranges from HK$880 to HK$1480.

• University Guest House (for student registrants only)

Low-cost on-campus accommodation is arranged for student registrants on a shared room basis. The University Guest House is a 2 star level accommodation with air conditioning and private bathrooms. Participants need to take a 15-minute walk downhill to get to the conference venue or University Train Station, and a 20-minute walk uphill going back to the guest house. Twenty-five twin rooms have been especially reserved for a fixed period of five nights at HK$1,200 /person without breakfast from 17 to 22 July 2010, on a shared-room basis (service charge and government tax are exempted). As the number of available rooms is limited, this arrangement is reserved for student registrants only on a first-come-first serve basis.
