TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. All forms must be received by Monday 28 June 2010. Registrations will be accepted and confirmed only when full payment have been received. Registrations will not be accepted unless they are made using this official form. Payment sent independently of the registrations form must state details of the delegate and the conference. If you do not receive a confirmation letter of your place within two weeks, please contact the Conference Office.

2. Cancellation policy A full refund minus a HK$200 (for conference) or HK$100 (for workshop) administration fee will be charged on any cancellations received up to and including Monday 14 June 2010. Any cancellations made after this date will not receive a refund. Cancellations must be made in writing to Secretariat of the Conference, and sent to itc2010@psy.cuhk.edu.hk. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted.

3. ITC reserves the right at any time to change the conference schedule, venue, topics or speakers and to cancel or postpone the conference due to unforeseeable circumstances, including aversive weather. If the entire conference is cancelled, the registration fee will be refunded. ITC is not liable for any other expenses incurred.

4. The personal data provided in this form will be used for the processing of the conference registration and the subscription of the two-year membership of the International Test Commission 2010-12. The basic personal information (name, affiliation and email address) will be put on the list of conference participants.
