We invite submissions of individual papers, posters, and symposia. All abstracts and presentations will be in English. Abstracts must contain original materials that have not been presented previously at regional, national, or international meetings.
All submissions will go through a review process by the Scientific Committee for the Conference. Notifications of the decisions of the Scientific Committee will be sent to individuals by February 15, 2010. (In some instances, presenters indicating their preference for an oral presentation will be asked by the Scientific Committee to make a poster presentation to better use the program space and time that is available.) The Scientific Committee is committed to early notification of decisions for the first time at an ITC Conference to those individuals who submit their proposals early. We understand the desirability of early notification and so the Scientific Committee will try to accommodate individuals submitting early proposals to the extent possible.
